Mister Safelist Membership Terms
Policies - All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Mister Safelist. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Mister Safelist liable for any items or policies within this program. Incoming Links - mistersafelist.com may be hyper-linked to other sites which are not maintained by or related to mistersafelist.com. Hyper-links to such sites are not sponsored by or affiliated with this site or its owners. The owners of mistersafelist.com have not reviewed any or all of such sites and are not responsible for the content of those sites. Hyper-links are to be accessed at your own risk. We make no representations or warranties about the content, completeness or accuracy of these hyper-links or the sites hyper-linked to this site. Further, the inclusion of any hyper-link to a third-party site does not necessarily imply our endorsement of that site. Liability - Mister Safelist is a marketing tool designed to help its members promote their offers to other members. You agree that there are no guarantees as to the use of our services. No implied or written promises are provided by Mister Safelist regarding the success of our service as well as the income potential as an affiliate. Mister Safelist will not be liable for any losses incurred due to site downtime or malfunction. Privacy Policy - Mister Safelist will never sell, rent, or lease any information contained in your membership profile. Information obtained about you for the purpose of creating your Mister Safelist membership shall be used only for the purpose of maintaining and updating your membership, as well as direct email contact from mistersafelist.com. You will receive member mailings from other members as a member, however these mailings are sent through the system and the senders do not have access to your actual e-mail address. You are free to cancel your membership and stop receiving member mailings at any time. Mister Safelist cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that member advertised sites will be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that may manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures to protect yourself from destructive elements found on the Internet. Member Age Limitations - By joining, you agree that your age is at least 18 years old. If you join and are not 18 years old, we hold the right to terminate your account without a refund. Personal Information/Profile - As a member of mistersafelist.com, you agree to provide accurate details in your profile such as your name and email address. Failure to accurately represent yourself with proper information may result in your account being terminated without prior notice and no refund will be given. Multiple Accounts - You agree to only set up 1 account per household. Any attempt to set up more then 1 account per household will result in all accounts being terminated and all commissions forfeited. Commissions - You agree to receive any earned commissions through a selected 3rd party payment processor. All earnings and deposits are sent to you electronically. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct account information is provided. Any and all payments sent to incorrect addresses/accounts is the responsibility of the member. Mister Safelist will only send payments to the provided address, whether it is accurate or not. Any payment account issues with approved processors is not the responsibility of mistersafelist.com. Owners of mistersafelist.com and company may not be held responsible or liable. Spam Policy - You agree not use spam or other illegal methods to promote Mister Safelist. Members found to be promoting mistersafelist.com using bulk email or any other forms of unsolicited email advertising risk having their accounts terminated and any commissions forfeited. Email Harvesting - You agree not to use any email addresses found in member emails to contact those members with your own offers. Furthermore, you may not add any of these email addresses to an autoresponder without the consent of that member. Refund Policy - All payments, membership costs and subscriptions are non-refundable. The removal or suspension of your account will result in a loss of any earning balance within your account and therefore remove the possibility of payment. Canceling Subscriptions - Deleting your account in Mister Safelist will NOT cancel your 3rd party payment processor related subscriptions. You are responsible for canceling or managing any 3rd party payment systems. Mister Safelist does not bill you. You control the billing through your 3rd party payment processor account. FTC COMPLIANCE - Mister Safelist requires all members to be FTC Compliant. No false or misleading statements. You must be able to back up your claims with irrefutable proof if required to do so. Please review all FTC Guidelines. Members with commissions that exceed a certain amount may be required to provide a SSN or EIN. As a member of Mister Safelist you are agreeing to receive emails from other Mister Safelist members to your list e-mail email address. You also agree to receive occasional messages from the admin as well as 1 daily solo ad to your primary email address. You may not attempt to use any automated means to redeem email credit links. We have sophisticated systems in place to ensure ads sent by our members are viewed by real people. Any attempt to bypass this system to earn credits automatically will result in immediate account termination with any commissions forfeited. Your list and contact email addresses must be active and able to receive emails from mistersafelist.com. No full or bouncing mailboxes and absolutely no autoresponders! Your ads must comply with the following guidelines: + NO offensive language + NO XXX, Adult, Gambling, Illegal Or Warez Sites. + NO Racial Or Drug-Related Or Other Illegal Content. + NO HTML ads that attempt to install any software on the recipients pc (activex, java, etc) + No ponzi or illegal money making schemes + NO Frame-breaking URLs. + You may not use misleading subjects in your ads such as: * RE: or re: * Fwd: * URGENT * Your account has been cancelled / deactivated / terminated * From admin * Notification of payment received * I read your ad / I saw your ad Violation of the above rules may result in immediate account termination forfeiting any referrals, credits, or commissions. Accounts terminated due to terms violation does not warrant any refund and none will be given. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. These rules are the terms and conditions of membership. By opening a Mister Safelist account and by use of our service, you agree to be bound by them.
